When you are finished placing your order BGG will prompty reach out to you to begin our design process right away.

BGG requires a few items from you to deliver an exceptional service, please share the following items to info@bossgirlgraphics.com:

•Confirm the name of Website Pages

•Content for each page

•E-Commerce: Product images, Names, Descriptions and Pricing

•Policies (Shipping, Orders, etc)

Refund Policy

Due to the unique nature of our product/service, we want to inform you that once our design process commences and samples are provided, refunds are not applicable due to the time and efforts invested up to that stage. BGG is dedicated to collaborating with each client until the desired outcome is attained and approved.     Please note that to manage and maintain your website, you will need to cover a monthly or annual maintenance fee. Additionally, Wix or Shopify will charge you annually for your domain. It is the client's responsibility to ensure these fees are paid promptly to allow Tiffani to successfully set up and operate your website.
